30-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”) cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email support@brasichic.com or use our Live Chat within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Ship Your Item: Once approved, we’ll email a prepaid return label (U.S. customers) or instructions for international returns.

  3. Wait for Processing: Allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return once received.


Return Shipping Costs

  • U.S. Customers: Free returns with our prepaid label for orders over 37.Forordersunder37, a $5.99 return fee applies.

  • International Customers: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Note: BrasiChic is not liable for lost return packages. We recommend using tracked shipping.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Here’s how it works:

  1. Request an exchange via email or live chat.

  2. If your desired item is in stock, we’ll ship it immediately after receiving your return.

  3. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we process your return.

  • Store credit (provided as a gift card) is available upon request for faster resolution.

Note: Sale items are final unless damaged or defective.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We apologize if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect! Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Photos may be requested for verification.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

  • Accessories with broken seals (e.g., jewelry, bags).

  • Items without original tags or packaging.


International Returns

We accept international returns but advise checking local customs policies. Additional fees (duties, taxes) may apply when reshipping exchanges.
