Returns & Refunds Policy

At BrasiChic.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns of eligible items under the policy outlined below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • You provide proof of purchase


How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our customer service at support@brasichic.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refund Process

  • If your return meets the eligibility criteria and is received within 30 days, a full refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company—processing times may vary.

  3. If it’s been more than 10 business days and you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@brasichic.com.


Exchanges

We currently do not process exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.


International Returns

At this time, we accept international returns. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing an international order.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
