We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of BrasiChic.com after any changes confirms your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

1. Ordering Process

Placing an Order:
Orders can be placed directly through our website, and full payment is required at checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. BrasiChic.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Purchase Orders:
We do not currently accept purchase orders or net terms. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please email our customer service team at support@brasichic.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once production or shipping has begun, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.

Duplicate Orders:
Accidentally placed the same order twice? Let us know immediately. We will review and refund the duplicate if it hasn’t entered fulfillment.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Timeframe:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. Shipping delays due to carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS) are beyond our control.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $37. A flat fee applies to smaller orders. In cases where additional fees apply (e.g. bulk or international orders), our support team may reach out.

Incorrect or Revised Address:
Once your order has shipped, address changes may incur a $5 fee. Re-routing or re-shipping due to missed delivery or incorrect address will incur a $7 fee.

3. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:
If you’re not satisfied, you may return your unused item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Send returns to the address provided by our customer support team.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety, certain items like intimate apparel (e.g. bras, underwear) are non-returnable. Clearance or final sale items are also not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund hasn’t posted, check with your bank or card provider. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

4. Order Issues

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is an issue (wrong item, damage, etc.), contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll work to resolve it quickly.

Chargebacks:
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, you must return all products received. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor and items are not returned, we reserve the right to invoice the full order amount.

5. Production and Availability

Most items are available for immediate shipment. However, delays can occur due to stock availability or high order volume (e.g. seasonal peaks). If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.
